An apocalypse is a disclosure or revelation of great knowledge… something very important that was hidden or provides what Bart Ehrman has termed,

"A vision of heavenly secrets that can make

sense of earthly realities” Wikipedia

We all wear a mask.

A ‘TWO FACE’ to hide how we really feel, when it’s ok to not be ok.

‘TIME OUT’ TO GET THOSE CREATIVE JUICES FLOWING BEFORE YOU BURN YOURSELF OUT.

Many burn the candle at each end, when your body needs balance. Nicola Stransky of The Urban Fermentery teaches how “mental health starts in the gut”. She does damn cool kimchi, hot sauce or kombucha making sessions, bringing the foundations of fermentation to life with fun, affordable yummy zen to open up at home.

Classes are £300 for x10 people, lasting 1.5-2 hours, with everything provided. Hot stuff that can compliment less fun fire training sessions too!
